DIAMOND SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The “Diamond Sponsor” will be invited to consult on The Euro-African Business Summit (EABS) 2010 construction and planning and a representative from the sponsor’s company quoted in press releases via the Ikapa Media PR division.
• The Diamond Sponsor has the facility to propose a speaker to address the EABS 2010 Summit. The proposed speaker will work in co-operation with the organizers to add value and expand on a particular subject in the Summit program.
• The Diamond Sponsor will have the facility and access to the delegate database prior to the event to arrange meetings with delegates.
• The sponsor will have its corporate logo branding as “Diamond Sponsor” on the front cover of all marketing material (at the time of going to print).
• The sponsor will have its corporate company profile (limited to 400 words and two pictures) on The EABS website with an active link to its own website for 5 months prior to the event.

PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The sponsor will have its corporate logo branding as “Platinum Sponsor” on the front cover of all marketing material (at time of going to print).
• The Platinum Sponsor will have the facility and access to the attendee database prior to the event to arrange meetings with attendees.
• The Platinum Sponsor has the facility to propose a speaker to address the Euro-African Business Summit (EABS) 2010. The proposed speaker will work in co-operation with the organizers to add value and expand on a particular subject in the Summit program.
• The sponsor will have its corporate company profile (limited to 400 words and two pictures) on The EABS website with an active link to its own website for 5 months prior to the event.

GOLD SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The Gold Sponsor will have the right to have its corporate logo branding as “Gold Sponsor” on the front cover of all marketing material (at time of going to print).
• The Gold Sponsor will have the facility and access to the attendee database prior to the event to arrange meetings with attendees.
• The sponsor will have its corporate company profile (limited to 200 words and one picture) on The EABS website with an active link to its own website for 3 months prior to the event.

SILVER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The Silver Sponsor will have the right to have its corporate logo branding as “Silver Sponsor” on the front cover of all marketing material (at time of going to print).
• The Silver Sponsor will have the facility and access to the attendee database prior to the event to arrange meetings with attendees.
• The sponsor will have its corporate company profile (limited to 150 words and one picture) on The EABS website with an active link to its own website for 3 months prior to the event.

THE EABS 2010 MATCHMAKING SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Smart Matchmaking for effective meetings at the Euro-Africa Business Summit (EABS) 2010
A Business Matchmaking Program forms a fundamental part of building opportunities for exhibitors, delegates and visitors to exhibitions.
By effectively pre-profiling individual exhibitors and visitors, a true understanding of each participant’s objectives can be reached.             
The Matchmaking Sponsor will receive the following:

• The Matchmaking sponsor will have the facility of a pavilion with an integral VIP Meeting Room. This will be advertised and promoted extensively as the co-ordination point for meeting information.
• The Matchmaking sponsor’s facility will receive extensive promotion prior to the Summit.
• The Matchmaking sponsor has the rights to place up to 8 Promotional Banners in the EABS Summit plenary area for the three day event.
• The Matchmaking sponsor will have the opportunity of a 30-second professional Promotional Video of the sponsor’s stand with an interview with the sponsoring company’s representative. This will be included in the official event DVD.
• The sponsor’s Logo will be displayed on the summit's plenary "Big Screen" looped AV Program throughout the Summit.
• The Matchmaking sponsor will be able to utilize The EABS 2010 welcome bags to insert their promotional material.
• The Matchmaking sponsor will have the right to a full page four colour Profile in the official Summit Program.

BREAKAWAY SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The sponsor has the right to host a Breakaway Summit on their selected Summit topic.
• The sponsor has the right to exclusively brand the Breakaway venue and the option to join the Breakaway Panel.
• The sponsoring company may introduce a limited number of topics for discussion within the Breakaway.
• The sponsoring company has the opportunity to insert promotional item/s & brochures in the main Summit delegate bags.
• The sponsor will receive 8 complimentary passes to attend the Summit. These passes will enable the delegates to attend the Summit, Interactive meetings and Business Match-making Sessions, all social functions and Business Opportunity Tours.
• The sponsor will receive a Double Exhibition Stand in the adjacent EABS Exhibition with 2 representatives who may also attend the Summit and its social events.
• The sponsor will be promoted in the official event brochure (1x Full A4 page).
• The sponsor’s logo will be presented in all marketing for the event (at time of going to press).
• The Summit Breakaway sponsor will be promoted on the EABS web page with an active link to the sponsor’s website from time of booking and for a period of three months after the summit.
• The sponsor’s Logo will be displayed on the Summit Big Screens which will be broadcast in the plenary sessions.
• The sponsor will have the facility to place 4 promotional banners within the main convention plenary.

WELCOME RECEPTION GALA DINNER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

• The EABS Welcome Reception Gala Dinner Sponsor will have Branding exclusivity within the “The EABS Welcome Reception Gala Dinner” venue.
• The sponsoring company will provide the “The EABS Welcome Reception Gala Dinner” sponsors “Welcome Speech” as well as the opportunity to have a presentation at the Welcome Reception.
• The sponsor has the facility to place 6 banners at the EABS Convention and within The EABS Welcome Reception Gala Dinner venue.
• The Summit Welcome Reception Gala Dinner Sponsor will receive a full page profile in The EABS official summit brochure.
• The Welcome Reception Gala Dinner Sponsor will have the right to a double exhibition stand at the adjacent EABS Exhibition.
• A 30-second professional Promotional Video of the sponsor’s double stand with an interview with the sponsoring company’s representative. This will be included in the official event DVD.
• The sponsoring company’s promotional brochure and corporate gift in the EABS Welcome Bag.
• The Welcome Reception Sponsor will receive 10 VIP Delegate Passes to the Summit. These passes will enable the delegates to attend the Summit, Interactive meetings and Business Match-making Sessions, all social functions and Business Opportunity Tours.
